I really enjoyed the comfortable bed during my stay. It felt like I could sink right in after a long day. The shower appeared new, which was a nice surprise. I could see that they were renovating the property, so I'm looking forward to seeing the updates. The welcoming attitude from the front desk staff made me feel right at home, though I had a little trouble understanding one of them due to their accent. A downside was the lack of information in the room about nearby restaurants and activities. it would have been helpful to have a guide or suggestions readily available. Overall, it had potential but came with some frustrations.

Overall, the hotel has friendly staff and decent breakfast options, which I appreciated. However, cleanliness was a concern, with sticky carpets and outdated decor. Though there were hints of remodeling, the noise from other guests made it hard to relax during the stay.

My family and I stayed here for a night while traveling to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, the location was convenient, with several dining options and easy access to the highway. The hot water in the shower was a plus, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The condition of the ice machine and the general maintenance of the public areas were disappointing.

The staff was super friendly, especially this young lady named Micah, she went above and beyond for us, making sure we felt welcome even when there were some issues with the TV in our room.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still manageable.

We loved spending time at the mini-golf course at Ironbridge Sports Park, just a short drive from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it a comfortable stay for our family. Plus, the breakfast was always well stocked and delicious!
My kids wished the pool was warmer and less chlorinated. It would be great if they could fix that to keep little ones happy.

Decent option for a weekend excursion in Chester, best value for money ratio. Shannon at the front desk was super friendly and helped us find a great place to eat. Bring your own creamer if you enjoy coffee.
